A little HOOKED on CRAFT....

So it all starts with a image .... Sweet Tilda coloured using my beloved Copic Markers.............

Okay...My favourite Flower and Embellishment Company in the whole wide world has posted they are looking for more design team members ... so nervously I have created this card using their flowers and gems....My goodness I love their products so much .. you can do so many things and have so many looks and themes just by adding colour!! Everyone that comes into Scrap 2 Relax I'm sure has heard the story of me turning red and rashy at seeing Karen's treasures from Hooked on Craft at the Burwood Picture to Page Show.... then pleading with Karen .. " Can we please get these treasures in"??? Well My dream and wish was granted ... and now, I know we have some of our customers as addicted as me!!! So above is my entry or my application into joining the wonderful people at Hooked on Craft www.hookedoncraft.com as being a member of their design team......

I really enjoyed using the red and white colours... I have been colouring with these with a few images .. Its classic.. What do you think ??? Yeah Im back to the land of Copic Markers!!!

We had two very special Birthday Celebrations on the weekend... The first was one of Regan's very Best Friends from Kinder! It was a party in the park .. complete with pinata full of lollies which apparently Regan was very good at!!!! Doesn't surprise me ... if lollies are involved that boy will do anything .... !!! hahahaha I decided to colour the LaLa Image of Cowboy Luca.... I was very pleased with the results . I tried a new combination of reds ... which I was extremely happy with ... What do you think ????

Here is a close up for you to have a look at ... the Paper I used worked really well with my colour scheme!!!!

The second party that we attended was our gorgeous friend Alisha who had a 21st "Mad Hatters" tea party yesterday under the big gum tree at her parents property... Gee it was fantastic a wonderful setting .... a clever idea complete with decorations and costumes!!! This is the card that I came up for Lishy..... I thought it fitted into the theme quite well and included a lovely little charm from one of my favourite suppliers " Hooked on Craft" they have beautiful embellishments that are available through Scrap 2 Relax....

I even painted with Perfect Pearls over the bodice of her dress and it was glimmering in the sunshine when I gave it to our special girl!!!!

This is the last week of holidays for my cupids!! My little man becomes a big prep boy this year... so this week I am going to try and set aside some play time to colour abit more and maybe do a couple of scrap pages!!!! Holidays and My Family!!!!

Happy New Year to all my lovely readers!!!! That's if I have any left!!!! I have been so slack!!! not really slack just a little challenged for time.... but i promise you this year I will be much better... Last year went so quick ..so I thought I would start off by dropping by and wishing you all the very best and leave a quick post to make sure everything is still working here!! LOL ..... it seems great and I am able to now use my laptop to write posts as I was having trouble saving photo's on it!!! All organised now!!!!! Ill be back tomorrow .. I promise with a show and tell!!!!!!!!....... I should tell you .. It was Georgia's 11Th birthday yesterday and all she wanted was a fishing rod..... so we spent the day fishing .... was awesome ..though we didn't catch anything!!!! Still had fun in the sun with our loved ones!!! til tomorrow..... Michelle :)

Hi There.... I am so sorry I haven't popped by in a little while to show you what I have been working on ... I have been doing bits and pieces... But I have been crazy busy with a new journey I am taking myself on... I have decided I want to get fit and be more active!!! Its also about taking my life back and taking control of it..... So far I am doing very well in just 5 weeks I have lost 13.5kg... Woohooo!!!! I am Training very hard with my personal trainer and eating more than I have in a long time..... I am learning heaps about nutrition ... and my whole family has had a major overhaul in their food sources... Mind you We never ate junk food .... just eating at the wrong times and eating too much is where I ran into trouble...... So watch this space............ A WHOLE new me is on its way.... And I promise I will be back in a few short days to show you some paper crafty yummies I am working on!!! Til then I hope you are staying warm... Love Michellexxx

Happy Ruby or 4oth Wedding Anniversary to My beautiful Mum and Dad, bellow is the card I made for them .. The Stamp is Magnolia Edwin and Tilda getting Married.... but Instead of using My Beloved Copic Markers to colour the image I used Tim Holtz Distressed Inks and Using a Pain brush I coloured in the stamp .. I had a vision of a old world or vintage photo taken from a wedding... I was thrilled with how they turned out with the Inks..... I also added Pearl beading with Liquid Pearls, which I have not used before...... WOW I love it....... We have lots of Lovely Colours in at my favourite shop .. www.scrap2relax.com.au next time you are in have a look!!!!

What a Special Day!!!!

Happy Birthday to my Mum and My Gorgeous Little Niece Menzie!!! Menzie was 1 years old today and we celebrated with a combined party yesterday at my sisters house in Melbourne.. we had the most lovely relaxing day complete with a game of backyard cricket, and Shane and I even enjoyed a walk down to the nearest shops!! Was ssoooooo nice and relaxing... Tonight as we speak I can smell a yummy pork roast with all the trimmings that Shane has cooked for my mum!!! Yummy !!! Before I rush off to eat it with the family , I wanted to share with you my latest creations as I have tried a new material and a new colour scheme.... Please don't hesitate to leave a comment.....

I tried Flower Soft on a Chipboard in the Shape of Number 1, it turned out really well I was very happy with the result.. It just added a lovely dimension to the Chipboard. I recommend you try it... Karen at http://www.scrap2relax.com.au/ Has new Flower Soft Colours in and they are gorgeous!!!

I got too and created these 3 Cards using Chris's Sketch... but like my brain always is.. I have trouble following things exactly so I just Tweaked it a little...... What do you think of them?????? I am Truly loving getting back into my Paper craft.. I did some scrap booking last night and Card Making tonight.. What more can a girl want hey ??? ... Tomorrow is going to be very very hot here , so I hope you all manage to stay cool... as animal lover please ensure all of your animals have icy cold water and a shady place they can escape the hot sun!!! I have put water in containers tonight ready for the freezer , so our puppies have Icy cold water tomorrow.....

Getting back into the Swing

I am slowly getting back into the swing of my Papercraft... The Christmas and the School Holiday Period I always find I am lacking in Inspiration.... I dont know why that is ... Maybe that it is to busy, constant children around me or whether it is just places to go places to see... Which I really think is the reason... HOWEVER... I have managed alittle time at my favourite shop in the world .. www.scrap2relax.com.au on Friday with a lovely bunch of ladies and I made 2 cards.... I love brown , Pink and Red together... So I came up with this little cutey Pie....

And this little Boy card in Crisp Blues and Lime Greens....... New Colours for me as I havent worked in this colour scheme for a card!! I am happy with the result and I think I will repeat again......... Anyway I am hoping to have a day of card making today ... Look at this card... Regan made this for his Sister for her Birthday ... Isn't it gorgeous!!!! He did such a Amazing Job for someone who is only four... I made the base card then he did all the decorating!!! So Proud of my little man!!!!

This card is from Myself and Shane... It is a cute card that fitted the criteria of being Aqua and Purple ... So I used the Kaiser Eurotopia range .. I also finished off with a little Flower Soft in Silver to add detail to her shoes and dress!!!! Happy Birthday My Darling Princess!!!! We had a fantastic Day .. A Sweet start to 2011

I know we should be watching the waist lines from Christmas ...but.... I am feeling a little sad , well my family and I are just about to pass on My Nana and Grandpa Evan's home to the new owners ... We have been sorting through all the little things that have been kept in my Nana's home for ever ... it is really sad!!! :( Anyway I have been finding myself sharing stories with my Mum and Auntie and baking all the treats Nana use to make ... Mum even made Short bread for Christmas as Nana always had a batch for each of us at Christmas in our own Tins... Care fully labelled Please return to Nana for next year.... Another Treat she was wonderful at making was Sponge Cakes... So I had my first go today and I can almost feel Nana's Smile Shining on me!!! She would be so proud and I am very Proud to say they WORKED!!!! I know I haven't shared a Crafty Yummy with you in the last couple of Posts but somehow , there is more to me then just Paper Craft and I do hope you enjoy the Snippets of Me and My world and what makes me tick!!!!! Our Christmas Tree was put up today it is always a family affair ..... We always finish with a family blessing said by My Wonderful Husband and my cherubs stand around us with the Magic of Christmas in their eyes..... This year I changed the colour scheme to Teal Blue and Silver... We have had Pink and Silver in the last few years, Big W has the most beautiful Christmas Tree Decorations .......... I love our Tree... :) :)

My Princess and Her Twilight Chapel

We had the absolute pleasure in going to watch our very first Chairo Christian School's Twilight Chapel on Friday night, Our Princess has only been at Chairo since mid year so it was our first experience and WOW she was so excited.... The Kids were Gorgeous and the sang beautifully... Of course I made my Cherubs stand for a photo shoot before we left.... aren't they cute????

It is Amazing to see the changes in my Princess since she started at her new school , she is so Happy and Content and it is brilliant to watch her Shine in the sunshine. Cant you see the SMILE beaming from her pretty face!!! Wow I love my Kiddies!!!!!! Thanks for Looking!!! Love Michellexxxxxxx

Oh What a lovely Weekend

What A beautiful day today , We have had the nicest weekend together as a family.... Its been a very long time where we have had no plans and we were able to float and do things together. We even managed a couple of hours at the park today and Shane and I sat in the sunshine and chatted whilst our cherubs rode their bikes and played on the equipment!!! Was just awesome to enjoy a chat and cuddle with Shane watching our babies play so happily together... I treasure these moments!!!!!!
Last night I enjoyed some colouring in ... hehehe and today I made them into cards.... As promised Edwin.... What do you think???

WOW, WOW ,WOW, I had to share our Weeping Cherry Tree with you, It went POP on Friday... It is so beautiful.... Isn't it?? I just came back inside from having a photo shoot with it, I take Photo's every year and every year it just keeps getting more beautiful.... It brightens up my day when I open the front door and hear the busy bees working amongst the blossom... It sure is a sign that Spring is here.... I then decided I would go and play in my Studio as my big Window had the beautiful sunshine beaming in on my desk.... What a better way to spend Sunday sitting in the Sunshine Paper Crafting???? MMM Have a look what I came up with today..........

My Sister and Brother In Law have 4 Weddings coming up , they had 1 yesterday.. So I decided I would get to and make Kel some cards to take .... So this is what I came up with.... What do you think????

Here is a little Baby Card. Last post you will remember I used the little Elephant Stamp well today the Little Giraffe, I coloured using our favourite Copic Markers of Course, the Paper used is Bo Bunny " Olivia" added a little bling ... A cute little Baby Card to give someone on their new addition. You can get these stamps and paper at www.scrap2relax.com.au

This Card is another Wedding Card created for my Sister for her friends... I have added the Cuttlebug Butterflies in Vallum and Kindy Glitzed around the edges for a extra little sparkel... The Words are also cut out with the Cuttlebug... The Paper is Bo Bunny " Olivia" .. I just love this range!!!

If you had of said to me during the week I would spend Sunday Afternoon Card making .. I would of said " NO Way" I am Scrap booking, I have the Scrap booking Bug .. Big time at the moment... But .... The Copic Markers have got my excited about Card Making... yes well I am always excited about any form of Paper craft , I think you all know that by now.. But .. Awwww the most adorable little stamps arrived at the shop on Friday... They are just gorgeous!!! There is a Teddy Bear one and a Giraffe and this little Elephant.. I had to make it into a baby card... My Sister's Sister In Law has just had a little Girl .. so.. the perfect card..... I made this card from A Kaszazz Stamp that I have had for ages , now with the beautiful Copic Markers I can bring the stamp to life .... The Copic Markers are so much fun to play with..... and are slightly addictive!!! ( Well I am very Addicted) But that is okay , its not a bad addiction .. hahaha

Hi there, I cant believe how this year is flying by... Did you know that it is only 3 months til Christmas..... I haven't even though about it ... well until a couple of Weeks ago and only in a Paper craft sort of way.... hehehehe My Christmas Card Class is coming up soon , so I thought Id show you what I have been up to.... What a Amazing Week end I just had.... We had our annual Scrap 2 Relax Retreat... It was my first ever Retreat and it was Fantastic... I didn't get homesick once!!!! It was the first time in 9 years I have been away from my babies by myself!!!!!Thank you to Karen for Organising such a well organised weekend ... and Thanks also to the lovely ladies that came along and Laughed and had fun with us!!!! What a wonderful and Talented Group of Ladies!!!!!!!!This is a Layout of My Mumsy and Dad~!!!!!! I am going to Frame this for them and give it to them as a present... It is one of my favourites for the weekend!!!

Happy Fathers Day to Everyone.... In celebrating Fathers Day I wanted to share some photo's of my favourite men in the whole world , and we are so lucky to be celebrating with 3 generations of Fathers , how lucky are we!!!!!! Here Is my Beautiful Wise and Gorgeous Grandpa or Poppsy!!! He is the most Wonderful Man you will ever meet ... He is So Clever and I can easily lose a afternoon or entire day chatting with him!!! The first Layout that I wanted to show you is made from the new "Olivia" Paper Range from Bo Bunny... mmmmmm I Am in love!!!! .. Did I mention that I love it!! hahaha well you can get your own stock of it from www.scrap2relax.com.au It is made up of the most Gorgeous Papers and Colours and ties in the most gorgeous hair colour every, that our gorgeous Georgia has...... Though in a few years I think she will be telling me otherwise !!!

I have used a Daughter Chipboard and inked it in Chocolate from the Brilliance Inks , these Inks are really gorgeous and ties in with the Chocolate around the paper....

Once again I used one of my favourite techniques of cutting out features in the papers and mounting them to come forward, add a little bling and there we go and Beautiful Page for a Beautiful Girl!!!!!!

The second Layout of I have completed is again of Georgia and the Lovely Angie Parr, I have made a frame for Georgia in this photo but I haven't made up a Page for Georgia's Scrapbook ... I love this Bo Bunny Range , its bright and happy !!! I have cut out the flowers and butterflies then mounted them with mounting blocks to give the 3 dimensional look.. What do you think ??

Hello Everyone, We have had a wet, rainy cold Sunday in Gippsland... What to do, with a spare few hours in the afternoon on a day for ducks?????? I know , escape to my little haven ( my studio) and Create some Birthday Cards with my new Toys " Copic Markers" These are so much fun to use and colour in images that we stamp etc..... Okay 1st I made a little man a Birthday card, I used the Copic Markers to Colour and I wanted to Create a very scruffy Dog!!! I need some more Brown Pens to Blend better , but I am happy with my scruffy dog!! hahaha the Copic Marker are available at www.scrap2relax.com.au and Karen is getting new orders in all the time as Jude ( designer at Scrap 2 Relax) and Myself keep stocking our Pencil Cases!! hahah and helping some lovely Ladies from our Classes pick some colours to start their own Collection .. I think they are going to be very Popular , I love playing with them , they are so much fun!! And I have only just started!!!!!!

Its also my Brother in Laws 40Th Birthday Today!! Happy Birthday to Jase!!! We haven't been able to go and Visit yet as my little man Regii has been ill today!!! I made this little card for one of Regan's Little Friends , its her Birthday tomorrow and we are going over to her place for a Party Lunch!! She is the cutest little lady and reminds me very much of a little Princess, she loves wearing dresses and jewels... this card suits her to a tea!!! I used the Copic Markers to colour and finish with a little Kindy Glitz.. The Papers are the new "Hippie Chick" by Kaiser.. The stamp is a Kassaz Stamp , and I Just Looove it!!!! Hi Everyone, It has been a few weeks since I posted , but before I share some of my Scrap booking Yummies that I have been up to , I wanted to share with you some photo's of my family... In the last few weeks we have lost 2 Loves ones to Cancer. Shane and I have made the agreement that every weekend we do something that creates a memory for us as a family.... It doesn't have to be a expensive outing , just something we do all together and have a laugh on the way!!! So ..... Today we visited Tooradin and had hot chips in the Park, we had fun , Regan Chased the seagulls and Georgia sat in the sunshine Chatting with Shane and I .... We had a Lovely time... My 9 year old daughter ( Our Muay Thai Girl) had a big day yesterday and completed 3 Off the Page Kaiser Projects, I just want to show you them as I think she did the most gorgeous job... WOW we had a very exciting night a few weeks ago. Our Precious Little Lady had the opportunity to meet 2 of her Idols ( thanks to her wonderful Instructor Kael Coster), they are Husband and Wife Muay Thai Fighters Angie and John Wayne Parr!! She was so excited and we were so proud and excited when we looked up and here is Georgia in the ring with John Wayne and Angie after The fight in Melbourne, with hundreds of People looking on... It was Truly amazing , something I will remember for ever... Georgia trains 3 times a week in Muay Thai, she is so dedicated to her sport and she hopes one day to be a World Champion !!! Good On her I Say!!!! :)

Hi Everyone, I had the most wonderful night last night well it was afternoon that ran into the wee hours of Sunday Morning... The Design Team at Scrap 2 Relax www.scrap2relax.com had our monthly "Play Date"!! I completed a few Projects , one a double layout of My Cheeky Little Man Regan, he was Daddy's Helper a few weekends ago washing the car, but then decided it was much more fun to dip his head in the soapy bucket.... I don't know how the soap didn't hurt his eyes... I used Kaiser Paper and I haven't worked with these colours often so it was fun to try something new. I am very pleased with how they came out... It is Fun sometimes to try colours or papers that you would not be normally drawn to... I hope you are enjoying your weekend what ever you are doing and the Sun is Shining as it is here .. Hello Everone, I know I have been missing!!!! I am sorry, my family and I have been struck down with the first and I know wont be the last, Cold's as Virus's round one for the Winter!!! and well I have let my blog have a little holiday!! I sometimes forget that anyone reads it... I was reminded by one of the lovely ladies that comes to my classes at Scrap 2 Relax "I have been looking at your Blog Michelle" and yes I know it's still in Easter Mode!!! Well no more I am back!!!

Yesterday Karen asked me to create 2 Pages for the Picture to Page Scrapbook Show she is attending , I said to Karen " I think I will do 2 Double Layouts" Wow, I am so glad I did, I could created tripple pages... Is there such a term????? WOW I was so inspired using the new Papers from Kaiser Bo Bunny ... Have a Peak ...The photo's are of my sister and I and also my gorgeous daughter Georgia!! I went in to my favourite Shop yesterday Scrap 2 Relax and picked up some yummies for my next project to teach at my April Classes....... So I decided to give you all a little sneak peak before it comes together as a gorgeous Tea Pot Album, just in time for Mothers Day or really ... do you know i think it fits any day....... We all have lovely Friend, Sisters,Mothers, Grandmothers or someone that we love to sit down with and have a cuppa and a chat .... Us Girlie's love doing this don't we!!! A good yak and laugh is never to far away........ So the perfect Present for the Perfect Person!!!!!!!

Its the long weekend and I hope everyone is safe and well after the wicked storm that hit yesterday... My poor Mother and Father in Law had a Foot of Water in their lounge room, so now the carpet has been ripped up and new floor coverings are going to be layed..... Fiddle Sticks!!!!

I have been Fiddling....... with my new paper, I brought home the entire Kaiser Range from Scrap 2 Relax and.. not just one piece of each , oh no 2 pieces of each... I have learnt so many times I see a nice piece of paper and I make something , then I think I am going to make a card to match and I don't have any of the paper left, so now I always buy at least 2 pieces!!! Well that's my theory and I'm sticking to it!!!!!

I made a very simple card using the Kaiser Paper and a little pocket to match which I thought I would put either Lollies or maybe some little bath oils! I am going to give it to a special friend who I think needs spoiling!!

As we speak my daughter is madly scrap booking!! She has completed two pages this afternoon and I am very proud of her efforts!!

Happy Birthday to My Princess!!!!

Happy Birthday to my gorgeous little Princess Georgia who turned 9 on the 15th!!! Though she is quickly becoming not so little , she now has size ladies 10 feet and I think by next birthday will be starting to look at me eyes level!!! EEEEEEEEKKKK !! and yes she is only 9yrs!!! Its all the cow manure in the boots , well thats what my grandma used to tell me when I began to catch up to her!!! Cute how we remember things that were told to us in our childhood, and My wonderful Grandma and Grandpa are still here with me , so its so lovely to share them with my kids .

I made this card for Georgia for her Birthday in all of her favourite colours!!! The birds are from the back of the new Kaiser Magazine which you can pick up from my favorite shop Scrap 2 Relax... then of course I had to bling them up a weee bit!!!! Everyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE bling!!! and it is a absolute must in life!! my thoughts only!!! hehehe

A Canvas with memories!!!!

Hi Everyone , I hope you all had a most wonderful Christmas and a restful and relaxing time enjoying time with your love ones!! Whilst my husband was home over the break I got to and started sorting some photo's and came across our wedding proof album. I then thought of one of our lovely ladies that attends many of our classes at Scrap 2 Relax who asked me during last year could I repeat the canvas I taught last year, so........ I came up with a canvas which is totally different to last year, but it is still a canvas. It has many different techniques in which I thought would be new and interesting . I used Glimmer Mist and came up with a marble effect over paint. It looks radiant and elegant perfect for a formal picture, such was our wedding.. Ahhh the memories.. " What a Beautiful Day" Apart from the 39+degree date heat hehehe

This canvas will now be taught in March at Scrap 2 Relax , refer to http://www.scrap2relax.com.au/ for class dates and costs etc. They may not be listed just yet but they will be coming!!!!

Hi Everyone, I am sorry it has been a little while since posts, I have been very busy making Christmas Gifts. My Dragon Fly House is is for me , I made it at a class with Judy at Scrap 2 Relax!! I used different papers and embellishments. I love it so Much !! I hung it in the hall today!! What do you think!!!

Hi to All, I had a fun Friday night! I taught at Scrap 2 Relax and taught 6 Lovely Ladies to make the Kaiser Christmas Wreath.... We had a lovely night and saw stars at the end , but I do hope the ladies were happy with their projects. Then on Saturday I had my kids Class at Scrap 2 Relax, we made Christmas presents for their teachers. I had 5 boys and 1 girl!!!! Just awesome to see little boys enjoying paper craft, I love teaching the kids , we have such a laugh and they are all becoming so clever and improving with their skills they have learnt!!!!

On Saturday night , I had a little time up my sleeve so I created 3 Lovely cards in a family or a series, there will be a fourth but I haven't had the chance to complete it , so stay tuned...

A Hooot of a card!!

I sat down yesterday and endulged myself into some drawing as I shouted myself a Brand New 72 Pack of Derwent Pencils!!!! Oh they are sooo devine!! I started drawing and came up with this cute little Owl, I am really enjoying Bird Life at the moment , we have 2 baby finches in a nest at the back door which the kids and the adults Shane and I are checking daily , watching their feathers grow, It truly is amazing . We also have baby Kookaburra's around at the moment also, watching for something to swoop down and grab for dinner.

My little Owl is in one of my favorite color derwents " Jade" and of course decorated with Stickles to give that extra sparkle !!! Hope you are having a Hoot of a week end!!!! Michellexxx

Weddings in the Air!!!

My Lovely sister is having a run of Weddings and had 2 last week over the cup day long weekend. I promised her I would make her 2 cards and here they are. The photo didnt really turn out that well but you get the idea. The Silver Vallium was a very bright a metallic , and was just gorgeous complete with some jakk paper and silver glitter.... 2 very Blingy Wedding Cards!!!

I have had these cute dollies in my studio for ages so I got to it on the week end and put them together.... I had a set of the dollies when I was little and I am so pleased to have a set again ... But , I am supposed to be giving them to my gorgeous sister... maybe ..... just maybe, Ill mind them for a little while, I am sure that would be okay..... I have a list of things to do over the weeks leading up for Christmas so I will be updating my blog with lots of show and tells!!!

I also did a class last night with Julie at Scrap 2 Relax, we made a cover for a chocolate block, a very good pressie!! I had heaps of fun with lovely ladies all sharing our love of paper craft!!!... Okay take care til next time Michelle xxx

Hi to all, I so inspired at the moment and I have been blessed with lovely quiet family time that I can escape up into my little space and create..... So show and tell time...... First I have finished the Kaiser Christmas Wreath for my class at Scrap 2 Relax, there are two classes for this in November.... Its is so beautiful and I am just in love with how it finished!!!!! Happy Birthday to my Dad!!! We are born exactly a week apart, my birthday is on the 3rd and Dad's is on the 10th. Last week for my birthday we helped my wonderful sister and her husband move house. They are expecting their first bundle of joy and their unit was fast becoming to small!! We had a lovely day together as a family...... Tonight , I am cooking Chicken breast fillets stuffed with Camembert Cheese and Prawns mmmm , cant wait!!! and I have made Dad a White Chocolate Mud cake for his birthday Cake.!!! He will blow out his candles with the help from Georgia and Regan!!!!

Have a look at the card I made for him!! It makes me feel so peaceful , looking at the boat on the water.!! Easy to make and I am happy with the result, knowing me I just had to add just a touch of bling with the glitter and Rhinestones on the boat!!!

Hope you are having a great weekend in the sunshine , like my family is!!!!!!!

Hi To Everyone, I wanted to show you the Christmas Cards that I have designed for my October Classes at Scrap 2 Relax. I used the brand new Christmas Papers from Kaiser!!! It is the most gorgeous papers and colours and I was so inspired that I was not able to stop just at two cards! Then I couldnt decide which ones to teach , so I gave that job to Karen as I loved them all!! What do you think???? MMMM I cant wait to make them for all of my friends and family for Christmas!!!! I am back much sooner than I thought but the kids are playing outside in the lovely sunshine , I thought I'd strike while the iron is hot and show you the books Georgia and I made!!

The Dragon Fly one is Mine this was made with Kaiser papers and Chip board Flowers that I inked then put a little Stickles , just because I love all things Shiny!!! And Georgia is the pale pink Flowers also with Kaiser papers and Georgia used Paper Flowers and Kaiser Bling in the pearls to decorate ..... Didnt she do a amazing job!!

Thanks to Julie and Karen for Helping along the way with Georgia!! I had so much fun sitting and doing a class at Scrap 2 Relax and Julie is a great teacher..... There we go Ill be back with my Christmas Cards . Till then Cheers Michellexx

Family '"Together"

Hi To everyone, Last post I was hoping to pop back much sooner then now. But Life is way to busy for all and today is the first chance i have had.

I have been teaching lots at " Scrap 2 Relax" and loving it!!!! I have had Childrens classes which spilled over from last holidays, I had 7 lovely ladies in on Friday night and we all had a fantastic time!

Last Friday night I was so fortunate thanks to Karen !! I was able to attend the Q2 launch for Kaiser in Geelong, it was fantastic. The new ranges are awesome, the girls papers made me go all red and flushed with excitement..... Stay tuned and I will be able to show you a series of Christmas Cards made from one of the ranges. Karen asked me to design some Christmas cards out of them for my October Classes, I have made five and I am so proud of them I am going to have to leave it up to Karen to decide which ones make the class list!!! I can not chose!!!

I have also made a layout with a dear photo to me , of my little family at my sisters wedding. I am so pleased with the result and have a peak!!

Anyway I will be back in the next few days to show you my Christmas Cards and also............ Georgia and I attended a class at Scrap 2 Relax to make " A Birthday Book" we had so much fun , I want to show you the end results, I am so proud of my little princesses , she did a amazing job!!!! After way to many days of crafty stillness!!! I am bursting with so many visions!!!! You know the type that wake you at 3.ooam in the morning saying " Go on Create Now" but you are way to tired to answer!!!! Well that has been ME!! in the last few weeks. Sick Billy Lids ( kids) and a unhappy mummy ( I hate it when my kids arent feeling well) and its not a good mix!!........ But, everything is calming down so I just wanted to drop by and say STAY TUNED!!! its all about to kick into gear...... I just thought I'd drop by and show you my little bee that I drew and coloured in with my water coloured crayons and my Aquash Brush ( A paint brush but it has a storage tube for water, rather than re dipping the brush in water).... I put this little Bee on a card I made for my dad as he has been in hospital!! I love him or her!! a very cute and bright face to brighten my Dads day!! Well I hope it did!!! Thursday 30th of July........

Hi to all, Finally I have been able to come back to my blog and add some of the things that I have been working on ! Though this week has been a little bit of a struggle to find the time. My daughter Georgia has torn a ligament and a muscle in her ankle so I have been fairly busy tending to her needs, as all of us mothers could imagine.

I am Traveling to Rawson on Saturday to teach at" Scrap 2 Relax" annual retreat, I am looking forward to catching up with some of the lovely ladies that I have met whilst they have been attending my classes at the shop. My Subject to teach is a Gift Tag and a Card made with Acertate and of course cardstock. I pulled out my favourite "Weapon" my Cuddlebug and this is what I have come up with.................. Well at the top of the Post you can see!!!!!

I just love Pink and Brown Shades together, it to me has the perfect mix!!!!!

Hopefully from now on I will be a busy little bee, and be updating all the time my projects that I am having fun with!!! So til then , Have Fun !!!!! Michellex

I am very excited , I have been dreaming of starting my own blogg after visiting and loving many bloggs in " Blogg Land". I am a mum of two gorgeous Kids Georgia who is 8 yrs old and my little man Regan who is 3yrs old. I am a stay at home mum , but often refer to myself as my husband's (Shane) "Domestic Goddess"............ But I am also on the design team of my local Scrapbooking andPapercrafting Shop in my Home town, called Scrap 2 Relax!!!!!!! I love working with 3 other Talented Ladies!!! I have met some lovely fellow crafters and look forward to teaching my classes!!! Well thats it for today!!!!! I have taken my first step into Blog Land!!!!!!! and I must say it has been something that I have been thinking of for sometime. I will post pictures of my current projects, I always have more than one thing on the go!

In my great Love of PaperCraft , my daughter Georgia has also taken up the tools and started as well, so I will Post some pictures of her projects!! I am very proud of her, I think she is really talented! Ok till next time! Take Care ..... Michellexx
